柯文哲「使用者付費」　上任90天賺6億

台北市長柯文哲上任至今滿90天，他的「使用者付費」哲學，值得各縣市首長們思考。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，柯文哲不按牌理出牌，挑戰民眾最敏感的「價格」，先是路邊停車格不再免費，估計一年增加約3億元收入；YouBike取消優惠，年省1.5億元。

另外「自己的午餐自己付」，營養午餐除清寒學生外，一律漲10元。大砍市府公務員的交通補助費及加班費，年省9800萬；取消報章雜誌、輓聯，再省2000萬。

開源、節流加一加，為市庫進帳6億元。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
