日本白目店員跑進冰櫃裡睡覺 被開除

中廣新聞網 – 

日本大型連鎖便利商店「羅森」的「高知鴨部分店」，一名二十二歲的男性臨時店員，日前竟然跑到冰櫃裡去睡覺，還讓他朋友拍下來，把照片放到臉書上；照片一出，網友譁然，紛紛向羅森檢舉。羅森發現事情鬧大了，決定立即與這間店解除加盟，並且要他們立即停止營業，在找到新的加盟主之後，再重新開業。

羅森方面表示，店員跑進冰冰棒、冰淇淋的冰櫃裡去睡覺，這是絕不該發生的行為，他們會反省，以後也會更嚴格要求員工。

羅森並表示，在得知這起事件之後，所有冰櫃裡的冰品，都已經全部換新。
