報告未出爐 檢聲請鄭捷延押

台北捷運5月21日發生無差別砍殺案，造成4死24傷的悲劇，凶嫌鄭捷在新北地檢署聲請羈押後，羈押期限將在下週一（21日）到期，由於鄭捷精神鑑定報告仍未出爐，也連帶影響檢方起訴書的撰寫，檢方在日前向新北地院聲請延押，經新北地院昨日上午提訊鄭捷後，已裁准鄭捷再延押2個月。

北捷砍殺案凶嫌鄭捷的羈押期將於下週一期滿，由於精神鑑定流程專業複雜且耗時，因此在鑑定報告遲遲未出爐前，也連帶影響檢方撰寫起訴書；據了解，新北地院昨日提訊鄭捷時，問到檢方聲請延押時，鄭捷的態度冷靜，沒有表示意見。

據指出，法官昨日提訊鄭捷後，考量鄭捷涉嫌重大，而且鄭捷犯下的都是死刑、無期徒刑等重罪；加上犯罪地點在大眾運輸工具，並造成4死24傷的慘劇，因此認為鄭捷仍有逃亡之可能，裁准檢方的延押聲請。而檢方也不排除在下週一羈押期滿時起訴鄭捷的可能。
