只能說原PO自我意識太重 公司花錢請你來 是為了幫公司或上層完成既定政策與方向 你卻只依自己喜好或想法來做事 換成我是你主管 第一個就先把你炒掉 今天要是每個員工都照自己的想法做事 那公司早就倒閉了 你別忘了一個很重要的原則 上層決定方向 基層達成目標 不然你有本事就爬上去當決策層級 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.35.126
