國防部駁軍方內鬥　弄楊念祖下台

【綜合報導】 國防部前部長楊念祖遭爆料論文抄襲，上任僅6天就請辭，國防部剛剛召開記者會，駁斥楊念祖下台和軍方內鬥有關。

國防部發言人羅紹和表示，爆料者、民進黨台北市黨部執行長朱政騏上午已經出面說明，強調沒有人提供訊息，和軍方內鬥無關。羅紹和強調，楊念祖認為此事造成不必要風波，影響政府聲譽，毅然決然請辭負責，「這是非常負責的表現！」
