修理東西之前~~都可以詢問價格 消費者"口頭同意"下買賣就成立(請參考民法相關規定) 但是否是黑店~~真的是非常見仁見智 尤其機車或零件有廠牌之區分 如同之前一個新聞 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/new/20130831/251445 除非認定女方跟餐廳勾結且一模一樣的酒(新聞沒有寫是否同年份) ，這樣才有詐騙的嫌疑了 以家裡裝、修的電燈、燈具為例 A水電工：1盞500元，假設這燈座有5盞就要收2500元 我聽到都嚇死，付的工錢都可以買一個新的 B水電工：材料可以自己買，一盞收100元 C水電工：來一趟收300元，不管裝、修幾盞 或是電視線~~這有分好的壞的，品質有差 因此價格可以差很大 不過某家水電行拿差的賣高的價格(一尺約賣40)※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.139.128
