衛生局前往阿舍乾麵工廠調查　初步查無違規

【李恩慈／台南報導】阿舍乾麵的客家板條醬包傳出含有重金屬殘留，微風集團阿舍食品強調產品一切符合現行食品安全衛生規範與標準，無下架打算。台南市衛生局今天下午4時許由食品股長卓金津帶員進入位在永康的阿舍食品工廠稽查，卓金津說，初步檢查工廠環境、產品檢驗報告等都沒有違法狀況，傍晚帶回製作醬包使用的醬油、沙茶醬等原料送驗，化驗時間約為3周才有結果。
 
卓金津指出，由於中央政府對於醬包並無相關檢驗的標準，因此無法稽查和取締，但中央政府對於食品原料就有明確規定相關重金屬含量標準值，因此從原料的源頭送驗最清楚明瞭。
