越會報怨工作的人會待的越久 看太多同事朋友了 前一份工作同事A，當時他年資兩年時就開始抱怨主管、抱怨工作分配不均 每年年終之前都會聽他嗆聲說過年之後就要閃人 結果聽了三年(我在那待了三年之後離職時他還繼續待) 同事B更強，說要離職說了七年還沒走 現在的公司也是 我剛來時就聽一個年資兩年的同事一天到晚抱怨這個抱怨那個 足足聽他抱怨了五年還沒離職 反倒是平常好像很認真做事從不吭聲的人，突然間就離職了很讓人意外 所以職場上只要遇到那種一天到晚抱怨的你就要有心理準備聽他抱怨好幾年XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.238.226
