腸病毒冬季仍發威　男童疑在幼兒園染病

【邱俊吉／台北報導】疾病管制署今公布新增1例腸病毒71型重症個案，為居住中部的4歲男童，12月9日出現發燒、口腔潰瘍及手腳起水泡等症狀，就醫診斷為腸病毒，後續出現抽搐及步態不穩等疑似重症前兆，送至大醫院住院治療，目前已康復出院。

經調查發現，該個案發病前，其就讀的幼兒園已有學童出現腸病毒症狀，不排除是在幼兒園受到感染。疾管署表示，台灣全年皆有腸病毒個案，雖以4月到9月為主要流行期，但不會到冬天便完全停止活動。今年截至12月17日止，共有10例腸病毒重症個案，其中6例感染腸病毒71型、3例感染克沙奇A6型均康復，1例感染伊科30型新生兒不幸往生。
