標題[請益] 關於收聘書的流程

小弟有幸收到台中A公司的研替電話錄取通知 這也是小弟人生的第一次 但小弟還有其他公司面試過還未接到通知 此公司限定下週前回復意願 只是讓我覺得奇怪的是，此公司HR告知薪資細節要等我確定才來敘薪 並未發紙本offer 這正常嗎? 還是要先口頭回復，先拿到紙本offer再說，等其他家錄取後再放棄 只是應該會黑掉吧 小弟社會經驗為零，盼年薪千萬的溫拿們幫我解答 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.120.134.124
