巴拿馬瓜地馬拉擴大投貿關係

巴拿馬外交部長阿爾瓦雷茲(Francisco Alvarez De Soto)和瓜地馬拉外長卡瑞拉（Luis Fernando Carrera）今天在巴拿馬市會晤，決定將擴大兩國貿易和投資交流。

巴拿馬外交部在一份聲明中表示，第9屆拉丁美洲世界經濟論壇正在巴拿馬召開，與會的兩國外長趁此機會共同檢討最近剛簽署成立雙邊委員會的諒解備忘錄。

阿爾瓦雷茲指出，這個委員會將形成「對話機制」以便兩國在文化、教育、科技、安全、移民和貿易事務進行更廣泛和更具建設性的交流。

聲明表示，參與這項論壇的中美洲各國外長也討論了區域整合和委內瑞拉等議題。同時大家也就教育改革、所得分配和青少年人口發展問題交換意見。
