我發生車禍怎麼辦?

昨天在小巷子發生機車對機車的車禍,我直行,對方要右轉,
因我那是小巷子,路旁白線上停了一台車,那時又有一台車從對面直行來
要閃那台車開的比較過來,那時的的路權只有一點點
我的視線被對面來的車擋住,沒有看到那台機車從後面出來
就撞上了,那人無戴安全帽,不知有無駕照,就倒地昏倒之後就醒來了,後就送醫

警察來時,只剩我跟對方機車...

請問:我想跟對方合解,如何做? 如對方獅子大開口我又要怎麼辦?
我要等他好時問對方,還是現在問比較好?
