勾結慣竊偷同業字畫 畫商判刑

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2日電）徐姓畫商被控勾結2名慣竊偷其他收藏家的名畫變賣牟利。台北地院今天判徐男及慣竊共3人，6月到9月不等刑期。全案可上訴。

檢警調查，國內知名陳姓書法家去年想販售手中一批珍貴收藏字畫，輾轉認識徐姓畫商，雙方相約到住處欣賞字畫商談價格，徐姓畫商看上中國一級畫家鄭百重名畫，想用訂價一半價格收購，雙方因價格談不攏沒談成生意。

後來徐姓畫商遇到兩名慣竊想偷名畫變賣牟利，三人一拍即合，徐姓畫商將陳姓書法家住處頂樓掛滿名畫消息告知竊賊，兩名竊賊去年7月凌晨侵入書法家住處，一口氣偷走鄭百重、于右任等11幅字畫，並將其中5幅以新台幣25萬元廉價賣給徐姓畫商。被害人報警處理，警方循線捕獲3人。

法院審理期間，徐男等3人坦承犯行，至今找回失竊的9幅字畫，另2幅遭徐男丟棄找不到，法官審酌3人未與被害人和解，考量被告目前收入及必須撫養家人等情況，判2名慣竊9個月及8個月，徐姓畫商則判6個月，得易科罰金。全案可上訴。1030402
