張慶忠主持內政委員會 遭綠委杯葛

內政委員會下午開會審查「公職人員選舉罷免法」部分條文修正草案，由召委張慶忠(中)擔任主席，卻仍遭到民進黨立委姚文智等人杯葛，張慶忠只好自找台階下，表示自己正好腸胃不舒服，請其他召委代主持，一臉無奈離開主席台。記者屠惠剛／攝影
