彰化花壇鄉代參選人翁啟祐總部 今成立

今天上午國民黨彰化縣花壇鄉民代表參選人翁啟祐總部成立，前立委陳杰和太太陳蔣秀美一同前來站台，陳杰表示，翁啟祐雖然年輕，但清廉有想法，重視青年勞工及地方建設議題，陳杰強調不會買票，呼籲支持者團結將票投給他，翁啟祐說，過去的服務經驗加上人脈串聯，有助實現福利建設等政見，未來將爭取Ubike到花壇設站，並推動花壇農業觀光，振興商機。
