環球影城落腳北京　擬2019年開幕

中國北京市發展和改革委員會公布，北京環球主題公園項目正式獲國家發改委批准，將定點通州文化旅遊區內，規劃佔地120公頃，總投資額超過200億元人民幣，由中國首寰公司和美國環球公司共同投資，預計2019年建成營運。

據悉，早於2013年12月，合作雙方已簽訂了合作框架協議，並向國家申請通報。至今年9月25日，經國務院審核同意，國家發改委正式批准了項目申請報告，到近日，正式落實相關計劃。

北京環球主題公園將融入中國文化元素，並建設商業街和主題度假酒店，形成環球度假區。另外，因應公園的建設，亦會加快通州新城規劃的實施，完善周邊設施、交通網絡及環境綠化。（大陸中心／綜合報導)
