油國組織拒減產 國際油價再跌

由於石油輸出國家組織（OPEC）表示，產油國無意減產，使供應過剩疑慮更甚，國際油價今天走低，布倫特原油更創下4年新低。

美國西德州中級原油11月交割價下挫8美分，以每桶85.74美元作收，為2012年12月以來最低價。

倫敦北海布倫特原油11月交割價跌落1.32美元，收在每桶88.89美元，創下2010年底以來最低點。
