廣西前政協副主席受賄 判15年

（中央社台北13日電）大陸官方中央電視台報導，廣西政協原副主席李達球受賄案，今天一審判決，法官認定李達球犯下受賄罪，判處有期徒刑15年、褫奪公權4年，沒收個人財產人民幣200萬元。

判決書指出，廣州壯族自治區政協原副主席、黨組副書記李達球在2003年到2013年的10年間，利用職務收受相關人員給予的財物，折合人民幣1095萬餘元。

中共中央紀律檢查委員會日前對李達球嚴重違紀違法問題，立案調查。

中紀委調查後指出，李達球利用職務上的便利，為他人謀取利益，本人或透過親屬收受鉅額財物。1031013
