歌唱發聲共鳴

我上網找過很多關於唱歌和共鳴的影片
可是我都只有兩種情況
第1種是我只要用氣音唱很多音都上不去
上去的話都會自動轉假音我試著控制但是真的沒辦法
第2種是氣音氣太多而且浪費氣
但是只要一收氣就變成用喉嚨唱
雖然那樣很省氣

可是我真的很想學會共鳴拓寬我的音域……
拜拓大家教教我改善的方法……
