美成立伊毒30人遠征醫療支援隊

路透報導，美國國防部發言人19日表示，國防部長海格已下令成立一支30人遠征醫療支援隊，提供緊急協助，作為美國境內伊波拉反應的一部分。

這支團隊包括5名醫生、20名護士、5名訓練人員，將在接獲臨時通知時，前往協助民間的醫藥專業人士。這支團隊不會前往西非或赴海外部署。
