日月光廢水案 被告4緩刑1無罪

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄20日電）日月光污染後勁溪案，高雄地院今天宣判，廠長蘇炳碩等4人獲判1年4月至1年10月不等有期徒刑，均獲緩刑，工程師何登陽無罪。日月光公司遭罰新台幣300萬元。

日月光被控102年10月1日排放含鎳、銅等有毒廢水，今年1月3日雄檢依違反廢棄物清理法等罪，廠務處長蘇炳碩、廢水組主任蔡奇勳、廢水組工程師何登陽、游志賢、劉威呈等5人，今年1月被高雄地檢署依公共危險罪和違反廢棄物清理法起訴。

日月光公司也因涉嫌違反「廢棄物清理法」，被以法人身分起訴。

日月光董事長張虔生、行政副總林顯堂等高層，因檢察官調查後認為他們「不知情、未指示」，獲不起訴處分。1031020
