蔡英文：拚5席立委國會改革第一步

民進黨主席蔡英文今天下午到彰化縣田中鎮後援會，為立委補選候選人陳素月站台，蔡英文表示，全省5席的立委補選是未來要進行國會改革踏出的第一步，也讓全民知道立法院是需要改革的地方，而民進黨在彰化縣原本僅有魏明谷一席立委，魏明谷選上彰化縣長後，希望民進黨能繼續保有一席立委，讓陳素月接替魏明谷替大家服務。
