綠委籲延長國5離峰免費時段

農曆春節假期即將到來，民進黨立委陳歐珀今天（2號）上午在立法院新會期報到時，呼籲交通部能夠提出有效紓解車流的措施，不要再讓國道五號變成交通夢魘。

陳歐珀指出，在今年元旦連假時，從宜蘭羅東到台北短短六十公里路程，卻要塞車七小時，車流嚴重飽和已經成為最大民怨。陳歐珀建議，將國道五號離峰免費時段延長到四個小時。

陳歐珀說：『我們希望春節的假期，是不是能夠將離峰的免費收費，時間能夠提早跟延長，各提早四個小時，不要只有延後兩個小時，這樣沒辦法達成整個車流量有效紓解，避免造成像元旦假期，從羅東到台北竟然要花七個小時。』
