關於iphone黑名單以及破解方法

各位好想請教一下兩個問題

第一個問題關於iphone黑名單手機內建有通話封鎖名單
上面文字敘述很清楚我不會接收到被封鎖者的任何來電簡訊facetime
我想反問的是若我傳簡訊給被封鎖者他看得到嗎?
既然我封鎖他了若看的到簡訊事後解除封鎖他若有回簡訊我看得到嗎?

第二個問題對方手機並非iphone 若我被設定為通話限制對象如何破解?
因為打給對方會通響幾聲來電答鈴立刻轉為忙碌中拿別人就會通
我想知道有沒有辦法破解
