新買的繪圖板不能用

我的繪圖板是wacom intuos pen CTL-480
今天才到貨
回家用時畫筆都沒反應qaq
它有幫我裝好程式,我想那就是驅動程式...(我家的是W8,說明書說W7或W8都會自動安裝驅動程式)
開了SAI卻沒辦法用
但是兩邊的燈都有正常的亮
我重新連線和重新開機但還是沒辦法用
這是哪裡出了問題?
