俄德法烏元首電話會談　要求落實協議

俄羅斯總統普丁、德國總理梅克爾、法國總統歐蘭德和烏克蘭總統波羅申科15日舉行電話會談，四國領導人要求嚴格落實新的明斯克協議。　　

俄德法烏四國領導人在通話中一致要求烏克蘭東部衝突雙方無條件落實12日在白俄羅斯首都明斯克達成的新協議，切實做到完全停火並開始撤出重型武器的行動。四國領導人還表示，歐安組織應在監督停火方面發揮更大作用。

烏克蘭軍方發言人15日表示，停火開始執行後，交火逐漸平息，但有兩名平民遭反抗軍發射的飛彈炸死。當地時間14日晚總統波羅申科和東部反抗軍領導人先後下達停火和撤出重型武器命令。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
