股市名嘴涉炒股檢15路搜索

今天有股市名嘴因涉嫌炒股，賺取暴利，遭檢調搜索。

據了解，市場派於民國99年開始，涉嫌在電視節目上告知會員可買晉倫、銘異兩檔股票，透過會員炒股。台北地檢署蒐證後，今天指揮北機站，兵分十五路搜索，帶回四名犯罪嫌疑人跟十六名證人到案，全案朝違反證交法方向偵辦。

檢方指出，其中有三名股市老師還曾因為涉嫌炒作「吉祥全」跟「佳必琪」股票，坑殺散戶被判刑。
