親測遠通客服　葉匡時：若等20分無法接受

【李姿慧／台北報導】遠通電收要小心了，交通部長葉匡時將打客服專線測試。葉匡時今表示，他日前說要親次測試，並非上路測試，而是將從一個客戶的角度，親自測試遠通電收客服專線、App和網站，究竟等候多久時間就有人接通才算過關，「如果心情不錯可能可以等，若很忙，3秒或5秒也可能都無法等，但等20到30分鐘才接通，不可能接受。」
