經濟部重申：僅准合法牛雜碎產品進口

針對媒體報導政府將放行美國含瘦肉精牛雜，經濟部表示，與事實不符，我各部會並未規劃修改「動物用藥殘留標準」中有關萊克多巴胺殘留標準。

經濟部表示，我國政府遵照民國99年修正的食品衛生管理法規定，禁止近十年內曾發生牛海綿狀腦病國家的牛內臟進口。對於不屬於內臟的牛雜碎部分，衛福部經邀集學者專家，經過嚴密評估，確定不屬於內臟，且食用安全無虞後，已於99年允許部分美牛雜碎進口，如牛筋等。

其他非內臟的雜碎，如耳、唇等，經過專家風險評估後，始於103年允許進口，同時亦允許加拿大相同品項進口，迄今並無疑議。

經濟部說，對於可允許進口牛雜碎的萊克多巴胺殘留標準，比照國際組織對牛肉所訂殘留標準。迄今經三管五卡嚴密管控，進口產品安全無虞。
