教宗菲國露天彌撒　料吸引600萬人

羅馬天主教教宗方濟各（Pope Francis）訪問菲律賓掀起旋風，大批菲國民眾今早湧入首都馬尼拉的黎剎公園（Rizal Park），準備參加下午3時30分舉行的露天彌撒，一睹教宗廬山真面目。目前現場已有數千人聚集，等候活動開始。

路透報導，主辦單位預估將有600萬人參加彌撒，如果真的達到此數字，將成為菲國歷史上吸引最多人的活動之一。虔誠的信徒，從昨天晚間就開始到公園「卡位」，警方預料人潮會溢出到周遭區域。

20年前，前教宗若望保祿二世（John Paul II）造訪菲律賓主持彌撒時，曾吸引500多萬人共襄盛舉。（林奐成╱綜合外電報導）
