日本欲鬆綁法規 刺激經濟成長

日本政府法律改革委員會12日提出230項鬆綁法規措施，希望透過醫療、就業與農業改革，活絡日本經濟。

這些提交給首相安倍晉三的提案，可能出現在政府訂27日編制的新成長策略中。住友集團顧問岡素之主導的法律改革委員會強調，改革的重要性將帶給人民更多選擇。

在醫療方面，該委員會呼籲擴大醫療服務系統，依病患需求，結合保險與未保險服務。

就業方面，該委員會提出薪資結構改革，鼓勵企業依員工成就、而非工作時間長短獎勵員工。

另外，在農業方面，該委員會呼籲政府加速未來五年的農業改革，整頓日本全國農業協同組合中央會，使地方合作社更能自由經營。

該委員會也提議，應在農業方面放寬私人公司的經營者投票權限制，以鼓勵新血加入。
