手機PLAY商店沒辦法用 GOOGLE帳號也沒辦法登入 20

我的手機是紅米機

我睡覺習慣把手機關機 後來今天早上起來的時候我把手機開機

發現手機自己返回工廠....

後來我要下載PLAY商店和PLAY商店要用的GOOGLE服務框架
(因為我手機是外國標的所以沒PLAY商店)
P1.下載完後要開啟PLAY商店的時候他自動跳回桌面沒辦法用

P2.然後我要從手機裡面的設定登入GOOGLE帳號他就自己跳回桌面沒辦法登入

P3.為什麼手機會自動返回工廠?

以上這三點有人可以為我解答嗎????謝謝
