凱旋路遛狗 女遭石塊砸中不治

另外還有一位女性罹難者凃家榕，她就住在凱旋路上，意外當時正巧在門前遛狗，結果慘遭飛噴起來的柏油路面砸中，整個人被大大的柏油石塊重壓，儘管家人第一時間搶救，送醫後還是傷重不治，家人不滿，災害已經有徵兆，卻沒有積極作為痛罵政府根本是瀆職。

救不回親人，家屬的心像是被撕裂，就住在凱旋路上的凃家榕當晚是在家門前遛狗，沒想到遭到氣爆噴飛的柏油路塊砸中，她當場倒地，身上壓滿大大小小厚重的柏油石塊，家屬見狀趕緊上前搶救，但還是慢了一步。親人走了，家屬更痛的是遺體還不能趕緊安置，痛失親人，家屬充滿憤怒，誰是禍首要給交代。
