涉擁槍毒 電信警察逮9嫌

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄29日電）劉姓男子和手下共9人涉嫌擁槍械和毒品，並組討債集團，刑事局電信偵查大隊循線查獲，起出步槍等，全案今天送辦。

警方表示，劉男為地方角頭，擁槍自重，和手下8人組討債集團，以暴力討債，且出外討債時就持槍壯大聲勢。

警方查出，劉男等人對債務人如果還不出錢，除了出言恐嚇，還會亮槍讓受害者心生畏懼，避居在外。

警方鎖定劉男等人行蹤查緝，起出制式M16步槍和霰彈槍各1把，以及2把改造手槍和半成品槍枝零件及子彈63發，並有偽裝成咖啡包的毒品。

警方表示，劉男否認持有槍毒，並供稱平常都會去育幼院捐贈物資。他的手下則出面承認擁有這些槍械和毒品。

警詢後，全案依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例和毒品危害防制條例送辦。1030829
