屏東地檢署起訴餿油案，查出地下油品業者郭烈成的劣油原料，不但有餿水油、廢食用油，甚至還有化製場回收動物屍體焚燒過程所產生的骨仔油，賣給強冠做為製食油原料。

根據檢方起訴書，郭烈成自今年2月起透過不同管道，收購不可供人體食用的飼料用豬油（混有皮革工廠所燃煮的皮革油）、飼料用牛油、化製油（化製場回收動物屍體焚燒過程產生的油，俗稱骨仔油）、餿水油、廢食用油（俗稱的回鍋油）。

郭烈成收購這些原料後拿回竹田鄉的地下工廠，再以不詳比例混攙成劣質油品（驗出含有害人體的銅、鉻、鉛等重金屬），再販售給強冠公司。(中央社)
