安勤(3479)宣布仁寶(2324)將成為安勤第一大股東，持股20.5%，雙方共同積極布局物聯網，消息推升股價今日一度漲停至48.55元。

安勤召開董事會通過辦理103年度私募，通過發行新股1400萬股普通股，私募金額為台幣4.949億元，且私募對象為仁寶電腦。安勤表示，透過雙方合作，安勤可運用仁寶的平板電腦軟硬體技術，推出工控、醫療型產品，未來在物料採購上，仁寶也可提供採購優勢、降低安勤成本，並有助於安勤搶下更大的歐洲、美國客戶。
