10月初，在香港有「雨傘革命」，在台北則有無殼蝸牛「巢運（Housing Movement）」團體發起2萬人夜宿仁愛路豪宅「帝寶」，並搭蓋象徵平民百姓的「人民地寶」以訴求居住改革，要求政府當局重視居住正義以及高房價問題。
要看懂購屋的新聞，需要一些相關的字彙：
1.租－rent（指租的動作或租金）
2.豪宅－a luxury apartment complex（apartment指公寓、complex指樓群）
3.房貸（付款）－mortgage payment（mortgage指抵押貸款）
4.頭期款－down payment
5.公寓－condominium / condo（美式用法）
6.買得起－afford
7.飆升的房地產價格－soaring property prices（property指房產或地產）

薪資水準永遠追不上房價！某求職網站做了一項調查，結果顯示：「未滿40歲的上班族當中，僅19%表示目前有買房子；而其餘的81%還沒有購屋。未購屋者其中，52%屬於與家人或親戚同住，28%選擇以租代買。」你或許也是個無殼蝸牛，但是你的英文閱讀能力卻不能落人後，以上的調查結果如何用英文呈現：

以上的空格內，應放入答案(B)的Of。在此句中，Of those 81 percent表示「在那些百分之81的人們之中，」。of雖然是一個介係詞，而且常常是表達所有格的介係詞，但是在「Of…」片語當開頭的句型裡，它表示「在…之中」，這種句型在國際職場與多益測驗的文字裡，非常常見、常用，而且常跟著「比較」的形容詞最高級。

解析：
本題的正確答案是(D)。如上文所提到，「Of…」是指「…之中」的句型。句中的the most promising是指「最有希望的」。全句句意為「在所有應徵這份工作的求職者當中，Wang先生看來最有希望。」
