各位前輩大家好，小弟中字輩理工碩有幸拿到以下三家研替offer(TSMC為預聘) 請各位大大給我些建議，謝謝！公司 TSMC 日月光精材單位蝕刻設備 A6 PE RD 薪資 N*14+分紅 (N+1)*14+月績效 (N+1)*14+分紅?? 獎金+分紅?? 地點中科中壢中壢住宿租屋住家住家工時 8:00~20:00 8:00~20:00 8:30~18:00 主要考慮點是TSMC錢雖然很多，但是是設備，怕以後出路較窄而日月光人資有提到入選菁英計畫，不知是不是為了吸引才這樣說精材屬RD未來性是否較佳? 希望能多多聽取各方大大建議，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.115.65.102 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1419854461.A.4EA.html
