想唱歌但怕吵到鄰居，該裝隔音還是吸音棉

如題了，目前小妹是在外租屋

有時候想在家唱歌，怕吵到鄰居已經盡量唱很小聲了(個人覺得比平常講話還小聲...

但有時候可能開口唱幾句就會被隔壁敲牆壁..

也不是有意要打擾到鄰居，只是有時候真的很想唱Q_Q

每次被敲就會趕快閉嘴，其實蠻怕哪天被敲房門...

想問一下如果是像這種情形，就是不想讓室內的聲音傳出去

是要裝哪一種，價位又大概是在哪
