國家公園救護器材過期比率高　官員：還堪用

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨立委陳其邁今在內政委員會質疑，各國家公園現有緊急救護器材超過使用年限的比率很高，其中以墾丁國家公園最誇張，所有設備幾乎全數超過使用年限。國家公園處處長曾偉宏回應，因撙節預算，超過使用年限器材若還堪用就會繼續使用，若真的不堪用才會增購。

陳其邁指出，墾丁國家公園的急救器材例如2005年購置的急救背包，使用年限為2年，已超過6年；使用年限5年的氣動式拋繩槍2支、人工呼吸器、心臟電擊器等都已過期。而2003年8月購買的2台水上摩托車，現也已使用達10年。陳其邁要求各國家公園急救設備應設立一致標準，並將過期物品汰換。

墾丁國家公園管理處處長陳貞蓉表示，因為部分緊急救護設備使用率不高，因此列為堪用，而急救背包中的藥品會定期採購更換，衛福部與地方政府衛生主管機關每年也會定期督導，若需要汰換就會汰換。
