拍照出動增肥燈　周傳雄被糗「炫瘦」

創作歌手周傳雄日前因罹患胃潰瘍，2年來瘦了20公斤，儘管已經治癒，前天拍攝宣傳照時，由於跟以前圓潤的身材相差太多，工作人員竟要想辦法將他「墊胖」，他在微博自嘲「從來都是把人弄瘦，沒見過要求做胖的」。

為了「顯胖」，髮型師將周傳雄的頭髮蓋到額頭、化妝師將他的臉頰畫白，攝影師則祭出獨門的環形燈，只為了讓他更「膨皮」；而他po出的照片中，背景掛著牛骨頭，襯托清瘦的臉龐，讓鳳凰衛視主播劉珊玲開玩笑：「炫瘦……羨慕嫉妒恨。」（郭妤／綜合報導）
