保訓會保障事件審議規則條文修正

考試院院會今天通過公務人員保障暨培訓委員會保障事件審議規則部分條文修正草案，近日內修正發布，新修訂條文規定，保訓會副主委因故不能召集或出席審查會時，得指定專任委員一人代理。

由專任委員聽取陳述意見的保障事件，紀錄要旨應提送審查會審議。復審人或其代理人有跟輔佐人一起到場的必要，可以檢具書面敘明理由，經保訓會許可，一起到場，但輔佐人除有正當理由外，人數不得超過兩人。

有關復審人或再申訴人，申請停止原行政處分、管理措施或有關工作條件處置的執行者，承辦單位應儘速提送審查會審議後，簽報主任委員核定。申請停止執行經許可者，應即以公文通知申請人及相關機關，並提委員會議報告。未經許可者，應於保障事件決定書敘明理由。
