中信兄弟會大幅調薪嗎？據平面媒體報導，恐怕很難，領隊李文彬5日說「球團的方向，是盡量給球員激勵獎金，希望球員們可以盡力去爭取」。

李文彬對於媒體的報導，相當不以為然，他說談薪水，很難讓大家滿意，加薪的球員想加更多，減薪的球員希望可以少減一點，現在都是初步談過而已，一切都沒有定案。

李文彬5日不願談球員的調薪幅度，他只說「還要談」，而且現在球團的作法就是「會給球員激勵獎金」，不過李文彬沒否認王勝偉與林煜清的月薪都會達20萬元。
