綠：將提案刪特偵預算 不讓黃「尸位素餐」

檢察總長黃世銘遭起訴，但表示自己不會請辭，民進黨團批評，黃世銘戀棧職位不下台，「士可忍孰不可忍」，民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，民進黨將提案刪除特偵組明年所有預算，來達到廢特偵組的效果，不讓黃世銘「尸位素餐」。

「黃世銘應該下台100次才可以謝國人！」高志鵬說，民進黨團刪除特偵組預算只是第一步，廢除特偵組是基本要求，質詢台上砲火看似猛烈的國民黨團，應在刪減預算上表達和民進黨相同立場，否則只是說一套做一套。
