想請問製作肥皂的逹人們，前兩日我自己煮牛肉麵，結果上面浮了一層牛脂肪，我怕太油，就把油撈起來，結果有將近一碗的牛脂肪油，我怕不健康，所以不敢再拿來食用，想作成環保皂，用來洗衣服，不知道各位逹人們有配方可以提供嗎？我是新手，希望有簡單的方法可以製作，謝謝！
