南僑驚爆疑似混用工業油，台北市衛生局今（16）天開鍘，經衛生局漏夜比對南僑報關資料，並約談業者之後，認定南僑未依食品安全衛生管理法規定依法申報食品查驗，依法開罰，過去2年30批問題油品，每批開罰100萬，共罰3千萬。

食藥署北區管理中心是在13日、14日派出11名人員，現場稽查南僑桃園食品廠，發現南僑102年至103年自澳洲、菲律賓進口的30批牛油、椰子油、棕櫚油全以「工業用途」進口，並非透過正常的食品申報查驗。

南僑集團會長陳飛龍昨則親上火線澄清，坦承是報關文件「填錯了」；台北市衛生局今天即依違反食品安全衛生管理法規定的輸入查驗許可方式，1件1罰，出手開鍘。
