農委會：頂新進口棉籽　全數成飼料肥料

【戴安瑋／台北報導】農委會農糧署說，頂新今年進口的211噸棉籽，有9噸賣給彰化的一家小型飼料廠製成飼料，另202噸棉籽則在彰化廠全數製成肥料。

農糧署說，彰化廠是頂新起家廠，專製肥料，擁有33張飼料登記證，其中棉籽飼料登記證有4張，頂新可合法將棉籽碾碎後製成肥料，埋在土壤裡即成碳氫化合物，即是肥料。
