Flash動態換路徑圖片 as3

想請問Flash 使用as3高手,
我有一個 圖片(a.jpg)做成的按鈕,按下會做些特效,

但我想要在flash run起來的時候,
動態把a.jpg換成我資料夾路徑下的 b.jpg，且之前該特效都存在
不知道有辦法嗎?

因為小弟為flash新手,
特別感到疑惑，希望能尋求協助，謝謝
