台北監獄副典獄長蘇清俊抗告 高院駁回

台北地檢署偵辦獄政官員貪汙案，日前聲押台北監獄副典獄長蘇清俊，台北地院裁定羈押。蘇清俊不服，向台灣高等法院提抗告。高院晚間發新聞稿指出，蘇清俊抗告狀昨天送達一審法院，已逾越法定抗告期間，合議庭認定抗告不合法，裁定駁回。
