大陸全國股轉系統 1,400家企業參與

大陸全國中小企業股份轉讓系統（簡稱「全國股轉系統」）今天在官網發布，預計到11月底，全國股轉系統出具「同意掛牌函」的企業數量將超過1,400家。

官網指出，根據全國股轉系統的審查流程和進度，目前在審的732家企業，將於今年11月底至明年1月期間陸續審查完畢。

現階段，8月底之前報送掛牌申請材料的企業，已基本審查完畢；截至11月21日，9月30日之前報送掛牌申請材料的企業的回饋意見已全部發出；10月31日前報送掛牌申請材料的企業的回饋意見將於11月30日前陸續發出。

全國股轉系統表示，隨著市場效應釋放和市場參與提升，一些前期累計培育成熟的企業集中進入申請掛牌實質操作階段，今年8到10月還出現「申報高峰」，3個月累計接收687家股份公司的掛牌申請。
